Job summary

P1 Construction, LLC. is seeking a Service Estimator for our Las Vegas, NV office to support accurate bid preparation and client relations. You will work with the estimating team and management to ensure competitive pricing and reliable data throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED; a bachelor's in construction/engineering is preferred.
• At least five years of plumbing/HVAC service experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read construction documents and work with estimating data.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing accurate, competitive construction bids with up-to-date data.
• Collaborate with Estimating Team and Management to build client relationships.
• Maintain standardized estimating practices and support department teamwork.
