Job summary

Crown Mechanical is seeking an enthusiastic HVAC & Plumbing Account Manager to build and maintain client relationships, promote services, and drive sales growth. You will identify new opportunities, nurture leads, and close deals, with a base salary of $55K plus an uncapped 6% commission on all jobs sold.

The role requires 3+ years of sales in HVAC & plumbing, a valid driver’s license, and proficient use of Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of HVAC and plumbing sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and plumbing services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through market research and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration needs and offer solutions.
• Prepare and present sales proposals addressing client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless project execution.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
• Work with General Manager to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Deliver exceptional service and uphold Crown Mechanical standards.
