Job summary

Sal’s Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Sewer in Louisville, KY seeks an experienced General Manager to lead operations, develop teams, and drive growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will oversee HVAC, Plumbing, Sewer, Sales, Service, Installation and Customer Experience, recruiting top talent and building high-performing teams. A competitive base salary plus bonus supports growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of GM or higher executive leadership within HVAC/Plumbing.
• Proven success leading multi-department service organizations.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, profitability and operational performance.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
• Experience implementing processes, systems, and operational improvements.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for Louisville operations.
