Job summary

Professional Employment Group of Colorado is seeking a dynamic leader to build the HVAC Division from the ground up. You will operate as a General Manager, driving strategy, business development, and P&L responsibility across plumbing and mechanical contracting activities.

The ideal candidate will bring significant field, operations, and financial leadership, with a proven track record in leading trades teams, managing budgets, and reading construction plans.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in plumbing, HVAC, mechanical contracting, or related skilled-trades business.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-management experience.
• Experience hiring, developing, and retaining skilled-trades employees.
• Demonstrated financial and business-management experience.
• Experience with budgets, labor costs, project economics, and profitability.
• Experience managing field operations and multiple projects.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications.
• Strong understanding of construction and mechanical systems.
• Ability to make independent operational and financial decisions.
