Responsibilities include assistingOutside Sales with quotes and orders, gathering information for bids, and providing spec sheets and technical information. The role includes counter support and a rotating Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer and email skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Outside Sales team write up customer quotes and orders.
• Work with the sales team to gather information, appropriate sales resources, and provide job quote bids.
• Provide spec sheets and technical information to customers as required.
• Generate new and repeat sales through leads provided via email and phone.
• Become educated on the Plumbing, Heating & HVAC products the company sells.
• Determine customer requirements for a job and provide recommendations, product availability, pricing, and quotes to the customers.
• Assist customers at the counter by writing up and shipping/scheduling orders.
• Support the Counter team on a part time basis, including walking in orders, taking calls, shipping orders, handling payments, and rotating Saturdays.
