Responsibilities

• Assist Outside Sales with quotes and orders.
• Gather info with the sales team and prepare bids.
• Provide spec sheets and technical info to customers.
• Generate new and repeat sales from leads via email/phone.
• Learn Plumbing, Heating & HVAC products sold.
• Assess customer needs and provide recommendations, pricing, quotes.
• Assist Counter customers with writing and shipping/scheduling orders.
• Support Counter with walk-in orders, phone orders, shipping and payments.
