N&S Supply in Danbury, CT is hiring an Inside Sales Associate to support the Outside Sales team and customers at the counter. The role offers a path for advancement within a growing company with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities include quoting, gathering information, providing technical data, and processing orders. You will learn Plumbing, Heating & HVAC products and work to meet customer needs with accurate pricing and timely quotes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Plumbing, Heating & HVAC products.
• Proficient in basic computer and email skills.
• Attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist Outside Sales team write up customer quotes and orders.
• Gather information and provide job quotes with resources.
• Provide spec sheets and technical information as required.
• Generate new and repeat sales from provided leads.
• Learn about Plumbing, Heating & HVAC products sold by the company.
• Determine customer requirements and provide recommendations, pricing, and quotes.
• Assist customers at the Counter by writing up and shipping/scheduling orders.
• Support the Counter team on a part-time basis, including weekend duties.
