Tribute Companies is seeking an experienced HVAC/Plumbing Foreman for multi-family and light commercial construction in Raleigh, NC. The role coordinates plumbing and mechanical work, reviews blueprints, manages subcontractors, and ensures safety and quality on site.

Travel is required across NC with frequent overtime. Benefits include medical insurance, paid holidays, 401(k) with matches, life insurance, disability, and a company vehicle. Fluency in English and a valid license are essential.

Formación

• Valid driver’s license and active insurance.
• Willingness to travel; company covers eligible travel expenses.
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills preferred.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Projects, Excel, and Bluebeam preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support in identifying, vetting, hiring, and terminating qualified labor and material suppliers.
• Attend onsite preconstruction meetings to coordinate between subcontractors.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and value engineering in project designs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Conduct material take-offs to determine required supplies.
• Operate hand and power tools.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks as needed.
• Oversee delivery of materials to jobsite or storage facility.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure safety, code compliance, and minimal waste.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and project requirements.
• Attend or coordinate necessary inspections.
• Work proactively to accelerate progress while maintaining quality and safety.
