The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience, a professional appearance, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Professional appearance.

• Able to plan and schedule work, not just react.
• Able to "think on your feet" to provide customers with needed information for installation/repair.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC Service and Plumbing Technicians by reviewing and optimizing routes.
• Answer incoming phone calls from existing customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Enter all ticket information accurately in the computer system.
• Create dispatch numbers for parts ordered and follow up on part orders.
• Schedule appointments for part installation.
• Operate as part of a team to deliver high-quality service.
