The Granite Group in Springfield, MA is seeking a counter sales associate who is motivated, detail oriented, and customer focused to help customers in our HVAC and plumbing product lines.

You will answer inquiries, suggest products, process transactions, and keep a clean, organized showroom while collaborating with teammates to hit sales goals. This role requires strong communication, a willingness to learn, and adaptability in a fast paced environment; weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications
