Granite Group Wholesalers LLC in Beverly, MA is seeking a motivated counter sales associate to join our team. This role focuses on HVAC or plumbing products, strong communication, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will be a key contact for customers—answer inquiries, recommend products, process transactions, and maintain accurate computer records. Additional duties include inventory support, stocking shelves, and coordinating material transfers between branches and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service, retail, or sales experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer proficiency required; HVAC or plumbing knowledge is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities
