Job summary

You will manage invoices, review work orders for accuracy, and partner with customers to address their billing needs. The role requires 3+ years of HVAC or plumbing experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC, plumbing, or service industry experience.
• Strong understanding of work orders and industry terminology.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills (email + phone).
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage invoices (quoted and time & material).
• Review work orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Partner with customers and Sales Engineers on billing needs.
• Work across multiple customer portals and systems.
• Communicate with technicians and customers daily.
• Support A/R activities including tracking invoices.
• Help maintain efficient workflows and billing accuracy.
