Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Stationary Engineer to operate campus HVAC systems and maintain comfort and safety per department policies. You will use BAS and CMMS to monitor performance, log activity, and respond to alarms with minimal impact on hospital operations.

Qualifications

• Advanced training beyond high school with technical training.
• Proficient CMMS and building automation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate HVAC equipment including boilers, chillers, towers, fans and pumps per SOPs.
• Maintain logs and CMMS records for startup, failures, and repairs.
• Respond to alarms and optimize operation using BAS and trending reports.
