Job summary

Advocate Health's Milwaukee campus seeks a skilled Stationary Engineer to operate and maintain HVAC systems in a patient-care environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced training beyond high school with technical focus.
• 2–4 years of stationary engineering experience.
• Licensure or certification in Power/Stationary Engineering preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate HVAC equipment and boilers to optimize efficiency and safety.
• Maintain logs and CMMS records of startups, failures, and repairs.
• Use BAS to monitor and control equipment; respond to alarms promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting with minimal disruption.
• Read blueprints and manuals; document actions and time spent.
