Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate HVAC equipment per SOPs to optimize efficiency and safety.
• Maintain records in CMMS and logbooks for startups, failures, and repairs.
• Respond to alarms promptly and optimize operation using BAS trends.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and other facility systems.
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and coordinate repairs with minimal disruption to hospital operations.
• Read blueprints and maintenance manuals for task completion.
• Assist on small projects and support peers.
