Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Operate HVAC equipment per SOPs to optimize efficiency and safety.
- Maintain records in CMMS and logbooks for startups, failures, and repairs.
- Respond to alarms promptly and optimize operation using BAS trends.
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and other facility systems.
- Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and coordinate repairs with minimal disruption to hospital operations.
- Read blueprints and maintenance manuals for task completion.
- Assist on small projects and support peers.
