Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and respond to inquiries and complaints regarding Parts Department services.
• Conduct sales of HVAC parts, equipment and supplies by phone or in person.
• Manage vendor sales, inventory, purchasing, pricing and warranty administration.
• Prepare invoices and process payments (credit card, cash, checks).
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and receiving.
