Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Research parts for current and obsolete units using internal archives.
• Enter parts orders accurately into the Global Shop Solutions ERP system.
• Provide tracking information to customers once orders are shipped.
• Assist in creating recommended spare parts lists.
