Mestex in Dallas, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Parts Sales Associate to support internal and external customers by identifying replacement parts, preparing quotes, and processing orders. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and Customer Service to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely shipment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of customer service, inside sales, or parts support experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to interpret technical information and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Manufacturing or HVAC industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Identify replacement parts using model numbers, BOMs, drawings, and historical records.
Prepare accurate quotations, pricing, and lead times.
Enter and process customer orders in the ERP system.
Track orders and provide shipment updates.
Coordinate with Engineering on special requests and custom parts.
Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous customer satisfaction.
