Job summary

Fidelity Mechanical Services in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage parts, inventory, and logistics for HVAC service operations. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, and distributing parts; coordinating deliveries to sites; and maintaining all related paperwork with accuracy.

The role requires at least 2 years in a parts/warehouse or HVAC setting, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in parts/warehouse or HVAC environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Professional telephone manners.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate basic warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain parts and tool inventories and track transfers.
• Unload/load delivery trucks as needed and deliver to jobsites.
• Schedule repairs, request quotes, and coordinate with management.
• Track fuel consumption and coordinate with Corporate HQ for repairs.
• Keep service records for trucks and manage paperwork.
