This Counter Sales Associate I role delivers friendly, professional support in-person and over the phone. You will greet customers, assist with product selections, handle quotes and orders, and coordinate stock

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED; 1+ years of related experience and/or training in a wholesale/retail environment.
Experience must include front line customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in store and by name; handle multiple requests while staying professional.
Assist customers in product selection and troubleshoot basic issues.
Recommend and order products, including substitutions and promotions.
Research products using POS, catalogs, websites, and internal systems to locate stock or arrange transfers.
Process quotes, warranties, returns, and orders accurately; maintain records.
