Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Sales Excellence: Achieve sales targets, gross profit goals, and other objectives, demonstrating your sales management skills.
  2. Build Customer Relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support to enhance their profitability.
  3. Strategic Planning: Prepare thoroughly for each sales call to ensure proactive and effective engagement.
  4. Prompt Customer Service: Respond quickly and comprehensively to customer inquiries, maintaining high service standards.
  5. Industry Involvement: Participate in local HVACR and LP Gas associations, committees, and events to stay connected and informed.
  6. Ethical Standards: Maintain integrity and professionalism in all interactions, upholding the company's values.
Requirements:
  1. Driving Record: Maintain a responsible and satisfactory driving record.
  2. Automotive Insurance: Provide proof of adequate automotive insurance coverage.
