Job Title: HVAC Sales Representative (Outside)

Position Type: Full Time/Exempt

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Sales Excellence: Achieve sales targets, gross profit goals, and objectives, demonstrating your sales management skills.
  2. Build Customer Relationships: Develop strong bonds with customers through exceptional service and support.
  3. Strategic Planning: Prepare thoroughly for each sales call to ensure proactive and effective engagement.
  4. Prompt Customer Service: Respond quickly and thoroughly to customer inquiries, providing outstanding service.
  5. Industry Involvement: Participate in local HVACR and LP Gas associations, committees, and events.
  6. Ethical Standards: Maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • HVAC Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC systems and supplies is highly preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Drive and Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Clean Driving Record: Maintain a responsible driving history.
  • Automotive Insurance: Provide proof of insurance coverage.
