Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Sales Excellence: Achieve sales targets, gross profit goals, and objectives, demonstrating your sales management skills.
  2. Build Customer Relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding service and support to enhance their profitability.
  3. Strategic Planning: Prepare thoroughly for each sales call to ensure proactive and effective engagement.
  4. Prompt Customer Service: Respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries, delivering exceptional service.
  5. Industry Involvement: Participate actively in local HVACR and LP Gas associations, committees, and events.
  6. Ethical Standards: Maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. HVAC Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC systems and supplies is highly preferred.
  2. Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational, interpersonal, and Microsoft Office skills.
  3. Drive and Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Clean Driving Record: Must maintain a satisfactory driving record.
  2. Automotive Insurance: Provide proof of insurance coverage.
