In this role, you will have the independence to manage your schedule, with access to daily training and support from some of the top producers in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Leverage our exclusive platform to connect with individuals interested in our life insurance products, focusing on engaging and serving your clients.
• Client Engagement: Present and promote life insurance solutions by conducting thorough needs assessments, helping clients make informed decisions aligned with their financial goals and insurance needs.
• Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and ongoing support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Training & Development: Participate in live, company-wide coaching sessions and gain hands-on experience from top-performing virtual sales reps, accelerating your learning and growth.
• Sales Tracking: Use advanced tools to maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and progress toward individual goals.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies, safeguarding client information and upholding ethical practices.
