Triangle Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical – Bellefonte, PA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative / Comfort Advisor to meet homeowners, assess comfort needs, and recommend HVAC solutions that fit budgets. You’ll educate on equipment options, financing, warranties, and energy efficiency, while delivering a professional, pressure-free sales experience.

Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales, HVAC sales, home improvement sales, or outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to explain technical information in a homeowner-friendly way.
• Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and sales software.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating, cooling, and indoor comfort needs.
• Perform in-home assessments and recommend HVAC replacement solutions tailored to each home and budget.
• Present system options, financing programs, warranties, maintenance agreements, and promotions.
• Build trust through honest recommendations and exceptional customer service.
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals using company software.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process to ensure an outstanding experience.
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in the CRM.
• Consistently achieve individual sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Stay current on product knowledge, manufacturer offerings, and company promotions.

The Role
