Davis Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an HVAC Outside Sales Rep/Comfort Advisor in Rocky Mount, VA. You will meet with homeowners to assess comfort needs, present HVAC replacement solutions, and conduct company-generated in-home sales appointments.

You’ll educate customers on equipment options, financing, and company standards while coordinating with installation teams for a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Previous HVAC Comfort Advisor, In-Home Sales, or Outside Sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to educate customers without high-pressure sales tactics.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience with financing options and home improvement sales is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their comfort needs and recommend HVAC replacement solutions.
