Job summary

Cloud Comfort HVAC seeks an energetic HVAC Channel Manager to drive outside sales with homeowners in the South Bay area. You will assess needs, propose high-efficiency solutions, and close deals through a generous uncapped commission structure.

The role emphasizes customer service, consultative selling, and collaboration with the team to hit ambitious sales targets. A valid driver's license and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience, consultative selling preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus but training is provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess HVAC needs.
• Build rapport with potential clients and provide tailored solutions.
• Present and explain the benefits of high-efficiency HVAC products and services.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through prospecting and follow-ups.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and sales best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Cloud Comfort HVAC team to reach company goals.
