Job summary

Cloud Comfort HVAC, based in California's South Bay Area, seeks an HVAC Channel Manager to conduct in-home consultations with homeowners, identify needs, present solutions, and guide buying decisions.

With an uncapped commission structure, top performers can earn up to $200,000 annually. You will represent the company, deliver a consultative sales experience, and grow with a dynamic, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience.
• Consultative sales environment experience preferred.
• HVAC knowledge is helpful but training is provided.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and focused on results.
• Ability to quickly build credibility and trust with homeowners.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for in-home HVAC consultations.
• Assess customer needs, comfort goals, and existing systems.
• Build trust and rapport with prospective customers.
• Recommend solutions based on homeowner priorities, property, and budget.
• Explain benefits of high-efficiency products and services.
• Follow up with prospects to move sales opportunities forward.
• Work toward and exceed individual sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of products, trends, and sales techniques.
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with team to meet company goals and satisfaction.
