Job summary

Cloud Comfort HVAC is seeking an HVAC Comfort Advisor for outside sales in the South Bay area. You will meet directly with homeowners to evaluate needs, explain high-efficiency options, and guide decisions to improve comfort and energy performance.

This role offers uncapped commissions and earnings potential up to $200,000 for top performers. Based in a fast-moving, goal-driven team, you will be responsible for in-home consultations, building trust, and presenting tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience.
• Consultative sales experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to quickly build trust with homeowners.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to understand HVAC needs and goals.
• Build trust and rapport with prospective customers through a professional, consultative sales approach.
• Recommend tailored HVAC solutions based on home, budget, and comfort priorities.
• Present the benefits of high-efficiency products and services clearly and confidently.
• Follow up with prospects to move opportunities forward.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals through effort and follow-up.
