Job summary

Force Equipment, part of AIR Control Concepts, is seeking an HVAC Outside Sales Engineer in Elkhorn, NE. You will build trusted relationships with mechanical engineers, contractors, and building owners, leading account development and delivering tailored HVAC solutions.

You will manage complex sales pipelines, coordinate with internal teams, and stay current on HVAC fundamentals to drive long-term growth and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in Commercial/Applied HVAC Sales Engineering.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
