Job summary

DMG Corp in Orange, CA is seeking an Outside Sales Engineer to drive growth for our HVAC equipment lines. You will engage with select accounts, promote products and advise on application and selection to meet customer objectives.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of direct sales, manufacturing or engineering experience, a HVAC industry mindset, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Travel is periodic; success rewards include a generous commission and health benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of direct sales, manufacturing or engineering experience.
• Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering degree preferred.
• Extremely detailed oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Selling DMG Distribution Products to select accounts
• Promoting the product lines we represent and the DMG name
• Advising customers on proper application and selection of equipment
• Provide technical support on our product lines
• Develop and maintain solid working relationships with customers and manufacturers
• Periodic travel for training, industry meetings and customer entertainment
