Job summary

Plumbers Supply Co. is seeking an ambitious Commercial HVAC Outside Sales Account Manager in the Fishers, IN area to drive growth, build relationships with contractors and engineers, and lead solution design across RTUs, VRF, and IAQ products.

The role emphasizes field-based selling, delivering tailored HVAC solutions, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A company car is provided and a strong benefits package supports success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in HVAC or related field.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with contractors, design-build firms, and engineers.
• Sell across the full HVAC product portfolio (RTUs, VRF, IAQ) with tailored, value-added solutions.
• Prepare precise equipment take-offs, develop bids, and collaborate with manufacturers and internal teams.
• Represent Plumbers Supply Co. at industry trade shows and events; build a regional network.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Residential HVAC, and Operations to ensure seamless customer experience.
