Qualifications

Assist in routine maintenance of equipment.
Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC mechanical and electrical systems.
Carry out proactive maintenance on HVAC equipment (lubrication, belts, filters, cleaning).
Learn operating procedures for campus HVAC equipment.
Participate in in-service training and on-the-job HVAC instruction.
Clean parts and equipment areas and related HVAC surfaces.
