Riddleberger Brothers, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Operations Manager to lead our commercial service and installation operations. You will oversee daily activities, support supervisors and technicians, and drive safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

This hands-on leader will develop teams, manage labor and schedules, review estimates and billing, and ensure projects meet RBI standards. Travel to job sites and occasional after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Seven years of HVAC experience with leadership or supervisory responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, service operations, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage resources, and improve operational and financial performance.
• Proficiency with service-management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily HVAC service and/or installation operations, ensuring safety, productivity, quality, and customer-service expectations.
• Coach and develop supervisors and technicians with clear expectations and accountability.
• Promote RBI safety policies, OSHA requirements, toolbox talks, and near-miss reporting.
• Coordinate with service managers, dispatch, sales, and support teams to align staffing and resources.
• Monitor job estimates, costing, documentation, and billing processes.

HVAC Operations ManagerAre you an experienced HVAC leader who knows how to build strong teams, improve operations, and deliver exceptional service? Riddleberger Brothers, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Operations Manager to lead our commercial HVAC service and/or installation operations.In this key leadership role, you will oversee daily operations, support supervisors and technicians, manage resources and financial performance, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
