Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years HVAC industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years as HVAC service/installation supervisor.
• Minimum 3 years managing service and installation teams.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of the service and installation departments.
• Ensure technicians are dispatched efficiently based on skill level.
• Maintain productivity across field teams.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Hold field personnel accountable for performance, professionalism, and customer experience.
• Develop ongoing technical training programs.
• Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning.
• Own the overall quality of service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor installation quality and code compliance.
• Coordinate scheduling with dispatch and operations.
• Forecast material needs and coordinate with purchasing.
• Interview technicians and assist hiring decisions.
• Mentor new employees and build career paths.
• Establish measurable performance expectations.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Lead by example and build trust across departments.
