Job summary

Terry's Heating and Air Conditioning in Twin Falls, Idaho, is hiring an HVAC Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, inventory control, and purchasing. You’ll ensure technicians have tools and materials, coordinate vendor deliveries, and improve processes to support service and installation teams.

The role emphasizes organization, accuracy, and proactive planning with a focus on efficiency and reliable year-round operations.

Qualifications

• One or more years of warehouse, inventory control, purchasing, or logistics experience.
• HVAC, plumbing, construction, or another skilled trades background preferred.
• Warehouse leadership or supervisory experience is beneficial.
• Experience using inventory management software; ServiceTitan knowledge is helpful.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels for HVAC equipment, replacement parts, materials, tools, and shop supplies.
• Receive, inspect, verify, and organize incoming shipments.
• Distribute equipment and materials to installation and service technicians.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, secure, and operating efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder inventory before shortages occur.
• Create purchase orders and verify purchasing accuracy.
• Coordinate deliveries, warranty returns, vendor pickups, and special orders.
• Develop positive working relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Track inventory movement, backordered items, and purchasing activity using company software.
• Work with management to forecast future inventory and seasonal material needs.
• Assist with organizing fleet equipment, company tools, and warehouse assets.
• Maintain accurate records for vehicles, tools, and company-owned equipment.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and operational processes.
