Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning the HVAC trade.
• No professional HVAC experience required; hands-on training provided.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment.
• Help install ductwork, refrigeration lines, gas piping, and other HVAC components.
• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials for each job.
• Assist with equipment start-up and basic system testing.
• Learn proper installation techniques and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level HVAC Installation Technician, you'll work alongside experienced installers to learn the trade while assisting with residential and light commercial HVAC installations. You'll receive on-the-job training and gradually develop the skills needed to complete installations independently.

• Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials for each job
• Assist with equipment start-up and basic system testing
• Learn proper installation techniques, safety procedures, and HVAC best practices
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Follow all company safety policies and installation standards
• Continuously develop your technical knowledge through hands-on training and education

Qualifications

• Trade school or HVAC education is a plus, but not required
• Construction, mechanical, warehouse, maintenance, or related experience is a plus, but not required
