Terry's Heating and Air Conditioning in Twin Falls, ID is seeking an Entry Level HVAC Installation Technician. No prior HVAC experience is required; we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and support to grow into a skilled installer.

You'll assist with residential and light commercial installations, learn safety practices, and work with a friendly team that values reliability and quality service. Competitive pay of $15.00-$25.00 per hour, full-time, with benefits.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning the HVAC trade.
• No professional HVAC experience required; hands-on training provided.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment.
• Help install ductwork, refrigeration lines, gas piping, and other HVAC components.
• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials for each job.
• Assist with equipment start-up and basic system testing.
• Learn proper installation techniques and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
