Job summary

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, seeks experienced AC installers for residential new construction work. All phases welcome to apply.

Install HVAC systems in new homes, follow blueprints, maintain safety and quality, and keep work areas organized. Candidates must have 1–3 years of new construction HVAC experience, own tools, a valid Florida driver’s license, and be able to pass drug and background screenings.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of new construction HVAC experience.
• Must have own tools.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, and standing
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions
• Comfortable working in active construction environments
