Job summary

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is seeking experienced AC Installers for residential new construction projects in Florida. You will install HVAC systems, follow blueprints and specifications, and maintain safety standards on active construction sites.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of new construction HVAC experience, own tools, a valid Florida driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of new construction HVAC experience.
• Must have own tools.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Able to pass drug and background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in residential new construction homes
• Follow blueprints and job specifications
• Maintain quality and safety standards
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of new construction HVAC experience
• Must have own tools
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Able to work independently
• Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record
• Able to pass drug and background screenings

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, and standing
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions
• Comfortable working in active construction environments
