Job summary

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is seeking experienced AC Installers for residential new construction work in Gainesville and Alachua area. Candidates must have 1–3 years of new construction HVAC experience, own tools, be reliable and able to work independently.

AC Installers – New Construction - Gainesville and Alachua area

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is seeking experienced AC Installers for residential new construction work. All phases welcome to apply.

Only candidates with new construction experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in residential new construction homes
• Follow blueprints and job specifications
• Maintain quality and safety standards
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Perform other duties as assigned

Specific Qualifications

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of new construction HVAC experience
• Must have own tools

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, and standing
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions
• Comfortable working in active construction environments
