Qualifications

• Construction, trades or office coordination experience preferred, but training provided.

• Scheduling: Coordinate install crews across rough-in, trim-out, and start-up to meet the builder's timeline.
• Permits: Pull and track mechanical permits and schedule inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Builder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for builder partners, sharing schedule updates and building relationships.
• Crew Timesheets: Review and process crew timesheets accurately and on schedule.

Reliable Heating & Air is growing, and we're looking for an organized, people-friendly New Construction Coordinator to join our Production team in Knightdale. You'll be the go-to person who keeps our residential new construction HVAC projects on track, from permit to final invoice. If you love juggling details, solving problems, and being the person everyone counts on, this role is for you.

• Scheduling: Coordinate install crews across rough-in, trim-out, and start-up so every job hits the builder's timeline.
• Permits: Pull and track mechanical permits and schedule inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Builder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for our builder partners, sharing schedule updates, answering questions, and building strong relationships.
• Crew Timesheets: Review and process crew timesheets accurately and on schedule.
