Reliable Heating & Air in Knightdale, NC seeks an experienced HVAC Install Field Supervisor to lead residential new construction install crews from site to inspection. You will manage multiple job sites, ensure on-time completion, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of residential HVAC install experience, leadership background, EPA 608 preferred, NC license a plus, and strong communication with builders and inspectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience, ideally in new construction.
• Experience leading or supervising an install crew.
• Strong knowledge of ductwork, line sets, brazing, equipment sets, and mechanical code.
• EPA 608 certification preferred; NC mechanical license is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• Organized, dependable, and a clear communicator with crews and builders.
• Able to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors in all weather, and lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support install mechanics and helpers across multiple residential new construction job sites.
• Inspect rough-in, trim-out, and equipment sets to ensure code compliance and our standards.
• Coordinate with the New Construction Coordinator and builders to keep projects on schedule.
• Prepare jobs for mechanical inspections and guide inspectors through the process.
• Ensure crews have ducts, equipment, and materials and manage job-site inventory.
• Enforce safe work practices and ensure timesheets and documentation are accurate.

Reliable Heating & Air is growing, and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Install Field Supervisor to lead our residential new construction install crews out of Knightdale. You'll run multiple job sites, keep crews productive, and make sure every rough-in, trim-out, and equipment set is done right the first time and passes inspection. If you know residential HVAC installs inside and out and enjoy leading a team, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Crew Leadership: Lead, train, and support install mechanics and helpers across multiple residential new construction job sites.
• Quality Control: Inspect rough-in, trim-out, and equipment sets to make sure work meets code, manufacturer specs, and our standards before inspections.
• Job Site Coordination: Work with our New Construction Coordinator and builder superintendents to keep jobs on schedule and resolve field issues quickly.
• Inspections: Prepare jobs for mechanical inspections, walk inspectors when needed, and make sure any corrections are completed fast.
• Materials & Equipment: Make sure crews have the equipment, duct, and materials they need, and keep track of job site inventory.
• Safety & Paperwork: Enforce safe work practices and make sure crew timesheets and job documentation are accurate and on time.

What We're Looking For
