Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support commercial systems in Irving, TX. You will perform on-site preventive maintenance, routine repairs, and calibration after installation, ensuring system reliability for commercial customers.

We value independent work, strong diagnostic skills, and excellent customer service. Expect overtime, weekend work, and occasional travel as part of a dynamic field role with ongoing training and development

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
2–6 years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience.
EPA Certification Type I & II or Universal required.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Strong technical aptitude for preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage paperwork.
Willingness to work weekends and nights; travel may be required.
NATE certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
Handle basic, non-complex products and/or problems; refer more complex problems to higher-level technicians.
Uses experience and technical skills with preventive maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements.
Advises manager of preventive maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken.
Works in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Must work in a safe manner daily and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends, as required.
