Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience with HVAC service and commercial sales.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds and climb ladders or stairs.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record.

Responsibilities

• Sell the full portfolio of Carrier HVAC Service products and solutions.
• Create and maintain Sales Territory and Account plans.
• Present at customer seminars to develop relationships.
• Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions and opportunity pipeline.
• Achieve sales metrics and annual targets.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals when required.
