Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of Model-Based Design experience using MATLAB/Simulink.
• 2+ years of controls software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Stateflow, Simscape, C/C++, Git.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, control theory, and software validation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop control algorithms using MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, and Simscape.
• Build, verify, and validate model-based embedded software for HVAC/refrigeration applications.
• Develop automated test plans and perform MIL/SIL testing, coverage analysis, and model validation.
• Ensure compliance with MAAB modeling guidelines and support auto-code generation.
• Integrate models with C/C++ embedded software and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Support debugging, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement in an Agile environment.
