You will join a collaborative engineering team delivering advanced controls for chillers, air handlers, and smart building products that optimize energy efficiency. The role emphasizes model-based design using MATLAB/Simulink, embedded C/C++, and cross-functional collaboration with mechanical, electrical, and systems engineers;

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or Systems Eng (MS preferred).
• 4–6 years in controls or embedded systems.
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink for control algorithms.
• Knowledge of model-based design for embedded systems.
• Ability to read embedded C/C++ and Python or MATLAB scripts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement control software for chillers and AHUs.
• Develop reliable, maintainable code using MATLAB/Simulink.
• Apply control theory to create robust solutions.
• Analyze system data to support controller development.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and systems engineers.
• Participate in lab and field testing to validate performance.
• Support reviews and improve development processes.
