Job summary

JT4, LLC seeks a Maintenance Trades Specialist I with a focus on Mechanical/HVAC to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex building systems. You will perform HVAC installations, service, and repairs, while following safety and quality guidelines on a DoD contract.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a formal apprenticeship, and a CFC certification upon hire. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain a security clearance as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC base trade with CFC certification upon hire.
• Two years of directly related work experience in mechanical/HVAC/electrical.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical/HVAC equipment; use hand tools for maintenance.
• Install, service, and repair environmental-control systems per blueprints/specs.
• Perform routine maintenance and essential repairs on facilities and subsystems.
