How will you do it

We seek skilled HVAC Mechanics with practical experience in HVAC piping, plumbing, pipefitting, or mechanical equipment service. Mechanics should have experience with commercial HVACR systems and may partner with Journeymen to repair centrifugal, steam turbines, and open-drive screw chillers. Responsibilities include maintenance, repair, and replacement of commercial heating and cooling systems.

What we look for

Required

• Member or willingness to join a local Union
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial/industrial HVAC troubleshooting, including rooftop units, pumps, fans, towers, boilers, chillers, compressors, plumbing
• Mechanical shaft alignment skills
• Ability to use vibration equipment for troubleshooting
• Willingness to travel 10-20% for support activities
• Pass a knowledge examination to assess proficiency
• EPA refrigerant license, applicable local licensing, and valid driver's license
