How will you do it

We seek skilled HVAC Technicians with experience in Residential and/or ducted products, air-cooled and/or water-cooled chillers, AHUs, or Roof Top ducted units. We offer factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA), with recognition, monetary rewards, and career advancement. Incentive programs and a strong focus on employee safety are part of our commitment. We provide tools, uniforms, and a company vehicle to support your work and customer service standards.

Your responsibilities include providing top-tier service to solve facility inefficiencies, offering solutions during commissioning and aftermarket service, and recommending improvements to ensure efficient operation, including upselling opportunities. You will also prepare quotes to support your recommendations.

What we look for

Required

  • Dedicated team member willing to learn and responsible for startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and aftermarket services in this growing business.
  • Membership or willingness to join a local Union.
  • At least three (3) years of practical experience with Residential and/or ducted products, chillers, AHUs, or rooftop units, with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, screw chiller system components.
  • Willingness to travel 10-20% to support startup, commissioning, and service activities.
  • Capability to pass a knowledge exam to demonstrate proficiency.
  • Interest in career development through training and the JCI STA program.
  • Ability to collaborate with local mechanics and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Attention to detail, strong interpersonal, digital, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to provide quotes and participate in the Service Plus Rewards program.
  • Self-motivated with a passion to learn and apply skills.
  • Prioritize safety at all times.
  • Possession of a universal EPA refrigerants license, relevant licenses, and a valid driver's license.

*This is a Bargaining Unit Position.
